₹150 for each student enrolled, per academic year, plus 18% GST. Staff, teachers and parent logins are free. A school with 600 students pays ₹90,000 + GST for the year.

Yes — 30 days with your own trial school, every module, up to 50 students and 10 staff logins. No card needed. If you continue, the data you entered stays.

You subscribe for an estimated number of students. New admissions during the year are billed pro rata; we don't charge back for students who leave mid-year.

By bank transfer or UPI against a GST invoice, once a year. Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice.

The subscription is yearly and renews each year unless you tell us otherwise. There's no multi-year lock-in.

It's your school's data. We give you a full export of students, attendance, exams and fees before the account is closed.

Online payments go through the school's own Razorpay account, so Razorpay's standard fee (about 2%) is deducted by Razorpay from each payment. Infovion adds nothing on top.
